The system consists of:
1) 氚 Sampling unit: continuously collect tritium water samples in the air for system analysis;
2) Sample processing unit: auto-distillation pre-treatment of tritium water samples before analysis;
3) Sample reagent injection unit: Automatically add samples and scintillation liquid according to a certain ratio to prepare samples that can meet the requirements of the analyzer's injection;
4) Sample injection control unit: It can be moved vertically to control sample injection and waste discharge. When the sample is stopped, the inlet should be moved up and away from the reagent bottle vertically to avoid interference when the sample switching unit is rotated.
5) Automatic bottle sealing unit: It can realize the function of automatically adding a cap to the reagent bottle to ensure the tightness of the reagent bottle;
6) Turntable unit: can store 30 reagent bottles and set a waste liquid port position, and automatically rotate the reagent bottle position according to the requirements of the measurement task;
7) Robotic arm unit: it can switch reagent bottle between sampling position, weighing position, shake uniform position, sample injection position and recovery position;
8) Automatic weighing unit: before and after the reagent bottle is injected with the sample, and the mixing is performed, the weight of the reagent bottle is detected, and whether the sample injection and the mixing process are normal;
9) Automatic shaking unit: fully mix the sample and scintillation liquid in the reagent bottle;
10) Analyzer and its sampler: detect radon activity of radon water sample and output measurement data;
11) System control / data acquisition, processing and storage unit: realize the overall control of the system, and analyze the data acquisition, processing and storage functions of the unit;
12) Data transmission unit: Supports multiple data transmission modes such as wireless / wired.
Third, the system working mode

1. Online acyclic analysis mode
In this mode, the analyzer can set the number of measurement repetitions and the number of cycles is 1. This mode is used for routine analysis.
2. Online cycle analysis mode
In this mode, in addition to the number of measurement repetitions, the analyzer can also set the number of cycles, which can realize the online automatic collection, automatic distillation, automatic preparation, automatic analysis, and automatic data transmission of the environment and samples. Use this function when the system first analyzes Mode for exploratory research on measurement conditions.
3. Automatic sampling mode
In this mode, only the sampling operation is performed, and it is mainly used for emergency sampling in the state of tritium analyzer maintenance.
Fourth, system key technology
1. Sample acquisition / processing / injection technology
1) Sample collection: It can be applied to different climatic conditions in northern and southern China; the sampling process accurately measures the gas flow rate and is used to convert the radon radioactivity in the air;
2) Sample processing: The patented automatic distillation technology is used to separate and purify the sample, reducing the impact on the measurement accuracy of the analysis process;
3) Sample injection: The sample and scintillation liquid are accurately and quantitatively extracted using a double syringe pump, and the sample + scintillation liquid sample can be configured according to any ratio.
2. Automatic sample preparation-robotics
1) Injection control technology: It consists of a series of pneumatic / electric actuators, which can freely control the vertical and horizontal movement of the injection nozzle. During the operation, it can diagnose the abnormal situation of the mechanism and give an alarm.
2) Turntable control technology: The servomotor drives the turntable to precisely rotate to the target position. During the action, the mechanism can perform fault diagnosis and alarm notification;
3) Automatic bottle sealing technology: It consists of a series of pneumatic / electric actuators, which can automatically grasp the bottle caps and perform the screw cap operation on the corresponding reagent bottles. During the action, it can diagnose the abnormal conditions of the mechanism and give an alarm ;
4) Three-axis robot technology: It is composed of a series of pneumatic / electric actuators, which can grab reagent bottles and transplant them to any specified position. During the action, it can diagnose the malfunction of the mechanism and give an alarm.
5) Automatic shaking technology: It consists of a series of pneumatic / electric actuators, which can simulate the manual shaking process. The amplitude and frequency of the shaking process can be flexibly set. During the action, the mechanism can perform fault diagnosis and alarm notification.
6) Automatic leak detection technology: The high-precision analytical balance is used to weigh the quality of the reagent bottles before and after shaking, to determine whether the reagent bottles are leaking, and to diagnose the abnormal conditions of the mechanism during the operation and give an alarm.
3. Sample analysis and data processing technology
1) Sample analysis: Ultra-low background liquid scintillator is used for analysis. This system is designed to be compatible with various analyzer equipment in the industry;
2) Data processing: By measuring the background and standard samples, you can obtain the data to calculate the preferred noise value B and efficiency value E; by obtaining the raw data of the sample to be tested, you can automatically calculate the CPM, DPM, and radioactivity (air Medium) value.
4. System control technology
The system adopts advanced embedded control technology for overall control of the system, and adopts a 10.4-inch color touch screen as the human-computer interaction interface, which can display the system operation status and analysis status of the tritium analyzer in real time.
